Orders from countries outside the United States may require additional processing time and are subject to higher shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. Processing may take up to 5-7 business days due to customs and shipping requirements.

- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).

International Shipping Times:
Shipping times for international orders will vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Typical delivery ranges between 10-21 business days, though delays may occur.


3. Shipping Locations

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status through the carrier’s website.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PuriMax is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@purimax.co, and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@purimax.co with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will work with you to ensure you receive the correct item or a replacement.
